You must be at least 18 years old and legally free to marry to use NikahBond. You agree to comply with our Islamic guidelines, provide truthful and accurate information, and treat all members with respect. Membership payments cover access to specified platform features and are non-refundable once activated, except where otherwise required by applicable law. NikahBond reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Use. NikahBond is an online matrimonial platform intended to help adults connect for the purpose of pursuing marriage in accordance with Islamic values. The platform facilitates introductions between registered users but does not control users' conduct outside the platform. Each user is responsible for their own actions, representations, communications, decisions and conduct during or after any interaction or meeting arranged through the platform.

Although NikahBond may implement identity verification, moderation and safety measures, it cannot guarantee any user's identity, marital status, intentions, character, background or future conduct. Users should exercise due diligence and reasonable care before trusting another member or arranging a meeting. NikahBond does not authorise, endorse or condone fraud, impersonation, harassment, exploitation, violence, sexual offences, coercion or any other unlawful conduct, and each user remains accountable for their own unlawful actions. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NikahBond and its lawful owners, operators, employees and agents shall not be liable for independent criminal acts or misconduct committed by users merely because an introduction or communication occurred through the platform, except where liability arises from conduct, omissions or obligations for which applicable law holds them responsible. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited or removes any user's statutory rights. Users are encouraged to report suspicious profiles, threats, fraud, harassment or other misconduct through the platform's reporting channels and to contact the relevant law-enforcement authorities where appropriate. NikahBond may investigate reports, restrict accounts, preserve relevant records and cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities.
